Research Project - Poster Details

Judging 

1. Essays will be evaluated by at least three (3) judges.  

2. Essays will be graded according to the rubric found below. 

3. No personal identifiers should be included in the project. 

Topic 

1. The subject matter should be pertinent to Radiation Therapy or Medical Physics and be of original thought.  

2. Pure reviews of devices, equipment, or therapy products are NOT allowed. 

Research Essay 

1. Manuscripts shall be at least 1,500 words. 

2. Manuscripts must be typed, double-spaced, in AMA reference style guideline. 

Research Poster 

1. The display should use relevant charts, descriptive material, technical factors, photographs, etc. to educate individuals about that specific subject.  

2. The entire display must be contained within the allotted space. References should be in AMA format on a separate page.
