The workforce gap makes documentation a difficult task but if there's enough computer for all the nurses on shift on the ward for example each ward has 3 computers, I believe EHR will used more effectively by nurses especially for documentation and planning care. All the wards in myfacilities have just one computer at the nurse's station so the nurses take turn to document and since it's not done immediately after the task there's risk of improper documentation as vital information might be lost.
